Buttons from the 1940s.

Myers

Myers sold a variety of matching buttons and buckles on cards with a design register in 1939. For more of these, see http://www.austbuttonhistory.com/branded-buttons/branded-buttons-department-store-buttons-h-z/#M

Coronet

‘Coronet Button, Buckle and Novelty Co.’ registered as selling agents in 1939. Coronet buttons were marketed as ‘Buttons of the Moment’ and also ‘Artistic Accessories’. It is unclear who supplied their buttons.

Hand-painted detailing.

Fashionable Buttons

These were probably made by General Plastics Ltd in the 1940s.
