Don’t wear this dress modeled by Glenda Farrell, even if it is “a very fine example of the new mode”. It is shapeless and unflattering.
Don’t wear a floral taffeta gown, such as this one worn by Vera Treasdale, unless you want to look like you are wearing a dressing gown.
Do wear this “intriguing blouse and scarf” as modeled by Mae Clark, but don’t over pluck your brows.
