Victorian Volunteer Cadet Corps, 1893-1901

Backmark: Green & Baker, Birmn

According to “Birmingham History Forum”, Green & Baker were listed in directories from 1888-1904 as manufacturers of military & naval ornaments, clasps, buckles & belt furniture, livery crest, regimental & metal buttons, cycle accessories & tool makers, at Albert Works, 25 Branston Street Birmingham. They also provided buttons for the NSW Military Forces, Victorian Field Artillery, HM Queensland Navy and the Victorian Rangers.

Two HMQN buttons made into cuff-links; form the Australian National Maritime Museum.
