Absolutely ducky …

Quite how a Rex C. Norris design came to be used by General Plastic (and later Beutron) is a mystery. Did Norris sell the design? Did Rex become a subsidiary of General Plastic? Did the original design originate elsewhere? I have never seen this particular duck on overseas branded cards, so I’m pretty sure it’s Australian. It appeared on Beauclaire’s Tiny Tot Cards, Woolworth and Embassy Cards, and later Beutron cards.
