New Finds

Two cards from the 1970s.

General Plastics

Although this partial card is not so marked, the ‘vine leaf’ border is an indication that this card of buttons was by General Plastics, probably in the 1940s.

Another General Plastics card from the 1940s. This is a previously unknown design button.

Moonglow were marketed during 1954-55, and were GP’s equivalent of G.Herring’s Opal-Glo buttons.

From 1957 General Plastics phased out the name Beauclaire, and replaced it with Leda.
