Late 1940s Beutron
Apricot must have been a fashionable colour in the late 1940s as I have quite a few in my collection. The partial card at the top was for “Beutron Wash Buttons”. The card at the bottom comes from a sheet of ‘Tub Buttons’ marked to be cut into four portions. The same design button is found on “British Made” Wash Buttons and also on the card illustrated with washing on a clothes line, so presumably these style cards date from a similar period: 1946-7.
