Table Talk (Melbourne), 25th February 1925 page 48. “in this model buttons are used to form an unusual trimming, and the novel collar is quite a new note. The bell sleeves are narrower at the top than usual.”
The Age (Melbourne), 2nd May 1933 page 6. “Buttons lead the way in matters of trimming this season. Here are some attractive suggestions for trimming afternoon and informal dinner gowns.”
This one I like: The hat, the gloves and just a few large buttons on a well cut jacket.
