Beauclaire Find

Whilst many button designs are found in multiple sizings, for some reason I only have this one in this size, although in 5-8 colours; it’s hard to tell if there were a couple of  shades of green and blue, as well as white and cream, or if these differences were just due to different dye-lots. There was also a gold metalised version.

Demetre Finds

Consistency was not a requirement for this distributor. In the time frame of only 3 years (1964-7) there were at least 5 printed variations of the cards used, then a later version that was printed “Demetre Buttons & Buckles”.
